Nuro-Fit Home-Ed Club

Move. Belong.

Thrive on your

family's terms.

Every child deserves to enjoy moving their body and to feel they belong while they do it.

The Nuro-Fit Home-Ed Club offers weekly physical activity sessions for home-educated children and young people. Sessions are designed to be inclusive from the ground up, so every child, including those who are neurodivergent, can take part in a way that works for them.

We’re not here to find the fastest runner or the best thrower. We’re here to help children build a positive, lasting relationship with movement.

Why families join us

A weekly space for home-educated children from the age of 5 to 16 to move, play, learn, and belong, led by an experienced SEND coach, at a pace that works for your family. Sessions run between 60 and 90 minutes (depending on age) and are held on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (t.b.c.).

PE done well

Engaging, inclusive, and purposeful PE that develops fundamental movement skills, builds confidence, and empowers every child to thrive physically, socially, and emotionally.

Friendship & belonging

Building inclusive environments where every child feels valued, develops meaningful friendships, and experiences a true sense of belonging.

Built for neurodivergent minds

Creating inclusive coaching experiences that celebrate individual strengths, embrace differences, and help every young person thrive in their own way.

Time for parents too: Stay, watch, join in or take a breather, and meet other home-educating families.

What a session looks like

Every session follows the same calm shape, so everyone knows what's coming next. Watching first is always fine.

Arrive and check in

A quick, visual “how am I today?” and a choice of first activity..

Warm up and settle

Rhythm, breathing and gentle movement to feel ready.

Move and play

Athletic skills, games and personal bests.

Learn through movement

Timing, measuring, counting, planning, maths and teamwork they can feel.

Reflect and close

One win to celebrate and one thing to try next time.

Group Times

Four phases over around 12–24 weeks, paced by the young person. Stepping back a phase is part of the process, never a failure.

7 -11 years old

Junior's

Play-based athletics and multi-sports: running, jumping, throwing, catching and team games that build balance, coordination and confidence.

11-16 years old

Senior's

Athletics at the core, plus a mix of sports and fitness: strength, speed and stamina built at each young person's own pace.

Your coach

Hi, I'm Anthony youth development practitioner. I've spent over 15 years helping children and young people build confidence through sport, with a particular focus on neurodivergent young people.

I'm a coach and mentor, not a counsellor. My job is to create a space where every young person feels safe, capable and part of something.

Be part of something new for home-educating families

We’re building a Nuro-Fit Home-Ed Club: a welcoming, inclusive space where children can move, play and grow in confidence alongside other home-educated young people.

Sessions will mix multi-skills, fitness and athletics. Each one is designed around your child’s strengths, interests and pace.

Whether your child already loves sport or is still finding their way into movement, they'll have a place here.

Registering your interest puts you under no obligation. It simply helps us shape sessions around the families who’ll be joining us,

and means you’ll be the first to hear when places open.
