'Mindset Meets Movement'
Adapt to every ability.
Transform every journey.
Inspire every future.
Background

Sports and physical activity have always been my passion and my purpose. From an early stage in my professional career, I saw how movement could inspire focus, confidence, and connection. Working with children and young people for over 15 years, who found the classroom challenging, I used physical activity as a bridge to re-engage them in learning and self-belief.

After completing my degree in Physical Education and Youth Development at St Mary’s University, Twickenham, I developed an inclusive and holistic coaching approach that celebrates every child and young person's strengths.

I understand that children and young people with neurodivergent traits such as ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs often experience unique barriers to participation in sport. My inclusive, evidence-based approach is designed to break those barriers through tailored coaching that focuses on the whole person. I combine movement skill development with mindset growth, creating an environment that celebrates individual strengths and builds confidence, focus, and enjoyment. By nurturing both mental and physical wellbeing, Nuro-Fit empowers every child and young person to reach their full potential on the track, in the classroom, and beyond.

My mission is simple: to help every child feel understood, valued, and capable of achieving their full potential through the power of physical activity and sports.

Our Aims

  • Champion inclusion – making sport and physical activity accessible to every child, regardless of ability or background.

  • Build strong foundations – developing movement and multi-skills that prepare young people for both sport and everyday life.

  • Empower neurodivergent children – and those with hidden disabilities – to thrive in safe, supportive, and structured environments.

  • Grow confidence and resilience – helping children believe in themselves, build independence, and connect with others.

  • Work in partnership with families, schools, and organisations to create lasting opportunities for growth and participation.

  • Promote lifelong health and wellbeing – combining physical development with a positive mindset, teamwork, and enjoyment.
